testimonialsI first walked into Joel Waldman’s Belmar Fitness as a sophomore at St. Rose HS.  Joel inspired and guided me to train hard and to utilize the latest scientific programs…this in large measure resulted in me being a standout shore conference athlete.  After graduation my focus shifted to college and financial success and in the ensuing 22 years while achieving  that success I totally neglected my health and fitness. As I approached my 40th birthday I once again walked through the doors to Joel’s Belmar Fitness…and now at 41, I am pleased to say that I am in the best shape of my life…stronger, healthier, fitter….and all from 90 minutes a week of exercise that I perform at Joel Waldman’s Belmar Fitness…

I don’t have time to waste…..3 young children, my wife, and business makes my free time both limited and valuable….no other fitness program, trainer, or facility could ever compare with what I do at JWBF……Anthony D

As a Doctor of Internal Medicine, I have very little free time. I have trained religiously at JWBF for nearly 15 years now……In fact, my wife has trained with me for the last 15 years and both of my sons trained here while in high school and continue to train here when they are home for visits.  I typically workout for 20 minutes 2 times per week under Joel’s guidance and perform some mild cardio exercise 2 other days of the week…at 59, I am in far better shape….stronger, more enduring, fitter, healthier than I was at 21…remember I’m a Doctor so you can take my word on this…I would never consider training anywhere else…..Dr. Mark N

I am a single mom…work 3 jobs…take care of my kids…..and have no time…no time!!!! At 48, I am in the best shape of my adult life and train with Joel Waldman 20 to 30 minutes one time per week.  I couldn’t do this anywhere else…no way no how!!!  If I pull up my shirt  you would see my pride and joy….a sharply defined 6 pack of abdominal muscle…..Donna K

I am 71 and my wife is 67….we each train 2 times per week at JWBF….I’ve been an athlete most of my life and it wasn’t that hard to commit to this program…but my wife’s dedication to it came as a big surprise….4 mornings a week one or the other of us will be grinding it out at 6am at JWBF for a 20 to 30 minute workout….if it’s my wife’s turn to train, I am on a bike or treadmill watching the ocean….when it’s my turn, she’ll be on the bike.   We are both in better shape than we’ve been in for at least 20 years.  Oh I almost forgot, 10 years ago the doctors told me I needed a hip replacement…to date I am fine. And 8 months ago my wife was told she needed a double knee replacement…2 months ago the doctors told her that that was no longer necessary….she began exercising with Joel Waldman 8 months ago!!!!!   Tom and Sheilla C
