1. I don’t like to exercise…will I be able to stick to this program?
I bet you don’t like to floss your teeth or take out the garbage….but you do because it is a necessity of life. Believe us at JWBF, proper exercise and healthy nutrition are necessities for a long healthy active life. We transition people into the highest phases of our program at a pace they can tolerate. Give it 3 to 6 months, you won’t believe the changes and you will never go back…you will feel so good you won’t believe it!!!
2.Why should I consider personal training over just a gym membership?
First let me say that a standard gym membership at JWBF is an enormous value…and probably way more valuable than even personal training at any other gym in NJ. Almost all of the exercise machines are available to you and all of the knowledge of Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat to Live program…but human nature is a strange thing. If you are not a highly motivated person you will always get even better results working with one of our highly motivated higly competent trainers…let’s be clear, without the trainer you will get excellent results…with the trainer your results will be even better…much better. It’s all about you and your budget and how badly you want to achieve your new you!
3. I’m a woman and I don’t want big bulky muscles…should I be concerned?
LOL LOL….excuse me for laughing, but I wish it was that easy to get big bulky muscles. It’s hard, sometimes impossible for most men….for women it’s almost impossible. The few women you see on television with overly large muscles have one in a 100,000 genetics and probably take male hormones…it’s not going to happen to you.
4. Why is your exercise better than pilates, spinning, aerobics, jogging, boxing, kettlebells or whatever the latest fad du jour might be.
I could write volumes on this one and offend a lot of people. The JWBF high intensity exercise program is truly “one stop shopping” when it comes to exercise. One half hour session will stimulate

The above mentioned activities, pilates etc., might address one or two components…never more…..require 60 to 90 minutes to perform…and expose the trainee to serious risk of injury because of speed of movement and impact forces. There is no program that even comes close to JWBF’s…all five important aspects of fitness….total safety….and very little time spent exercising…there really is no valid basis for comparison between our program and any other type of exercise out there.
