JWBF has one of three MedX Lumbar Spine Rehab machines in NJ.  This is a large, expensive ($75.000.00) device intended to strengthen in total isolation the muscles that surround, support, and protect the lumbar spine…it was at one time considered for a Nobel Prize in Medicine as back pain is the most costly non life threatening(it certainly does threaten quality of life) condition in this country. JWBF has rehabbed over 2000 lower backs since 1995 when we first purchased this machine. One exercise requiring 90 to 140 seconds performed 2 times per week is all that is required in most cases to completely eliminate back pain…REGARDLESS OF DIAGNOSIS!!.
