(In either case the IMF must be paid when beginning a program…the IMF will be

forfeited if the membership is interrupted or terminated and will be required to be

paid if starting up again.We want you to want to exercise here…and to be consistent…

that is how you get results…starting and stopping repeatedly does neither of us any

Belmar Fitness Personal Training revolves around the core philosophy of Arthur Jones High Intensity Exercise Protocols. Sessions last one half hour or just slightly less and include everything necessary and nothing unnecessary for stimulating maximum rates of progress. Packages should be used in a timely fashion i.e., 2 per week. This will entitle the client to a free membership for cardio exercise during that time period…clients training less than twice per week will be required to purchase a membership or pay a daily fee if they choose to use the facility on non training days for cardio. We highly recommend 2 training sessions per week…it is quite a value! As with the memberships above…if a client terminates training for more than a month, the IMF must be repaid upon commencing training again.

All Personal Training Clients are entitled to an Eat to Live and or Paleo diet Orientation with Joel Waldman…this is about a one hour presentation and is valued at $140.
